Changed your mind?

Usually, keep the product: your product-price refund has a $9.95 deduction, plus $3 per additional item. We may require a return for larger orders or suspected misuse. Then you pay return postage; the product-price refund has no restocking deduction. Ask us before sending anything back.

Defective, damaged or incorrect?

Send photos or video. Choose a free replacement or full refund, including shipping paid. We cover any required return postage. Valid defect claims have no deduction.

Limited warranty

Normal-use material and workmanship defects are covered for 120 days. Exclusions: misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, third-party purchases, loss, theft and commercial rental or resale. Replacements retain the original deadline.

Refund details

Refunds use the original payment method. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days; bank posting may take 3–10 more. Gift cards, digital goods and clearly marked final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
